Our maintenance service, dedicated to cinema professionals, ensures the reliability and longevity of your equipment.

Our fully equipped workshop repairs almost all of your products on-site (in France), ensuring the best turnaround times for the continuity of your cinematic projects.

Submit a ticket

Maximum size 5 MB. Don't forget to attach it to your submission with the ticket number.

Step 3: Shipment of Equipment


Once the document is submitted, please note your ticket number on the form, print it, and include it in the package with your equipment.

Step 4: If the products are out of warranty: I approve my quote


After physically examining your products, we will send you a repair quote. Once the quote is signed and returned, you will receive a confirmation notification with an estimated timeline for the repair.


*In case of quote refusal, a fee of €95.00 excl. VAT will be applied for the diagnosis and logistics. Additionally, if there is no response to our quote within 30 days, storage fees may also be charged.

Step 5: I receive a notification as soon as my products are repaired


Once your products are repaired, we will send you a notification email followed by a tracking number to track the return of your products to the address you provided.
